As a creative, there's nothing I appreciate more than when I create the perfect shot through purposeful lighting, creative use of composition, and intentional framing. Once I have adjusted the aperture, ISO, and white balance to perfectly express the emotion I am trying to convey, the sense of excitement is like none other. It's what inspired me to study Media Production at CU Boulder.

To be a good cinematographer, you need to be able to work outside of your original plan to make the most of what you can with your time. Otherwise, what may seem like a good shot can turn into a nightmare for the editor.

Having worked professionally behind the camera as a DP since 2020, I have had the honor of working on many different projects from commercials to documentaries. Below are a few of the many projects that I have worked on as the Director of Photography. I have experience shooting on RED Digital Cinema, Black Magic 6k, Sony A7R, and Canon 6D.
